Toon Boom e-Learning Coming Real Soon!

So, here's the deal. I'm starting school in the fall to pursue my *third* love of teaching. What better way to kick off the semester than to start teaching all you lovely people. So, and this is a guarantee, the first Toon Boom e-Learning video will be posted for viewing on August 25 (one month away). With any luck, I can get a website or, at least, blog running before then and get some feedback on specific areas of the program you want to learn.

Also, I've decided that any and all money donated (or paid by AdSense) to me for these tutorials will be going to help my good friend Andrew Johnson (He's known as "the mimic" here on RAW). He's a great guy, he lives in Portland, OR, and he's working his way through The Art Institute** in hopes of one day becoming a successful traditional animator. As for me, if anyone can donate web space it would be greatly appreciated.

** I think he should go to a better school, but he could use some convincing.

Back on topic; the first video will be on the standard layout of Toon Boom Digital Pro. As far as I know, the layout is remarkably similar to the current version of Harmony. I want to get this boring stuff out of the way, so I'll only be doing one video on layout, shortcuts, and idiosyncrasies with an additional short video on creating custom workspaces. The first video is a video desktop capture with highlights in the corners (typical), but I know how stale that is so the format is always open to suggestions.
